Just after we had decided on a name for the album, our Executive Producer, Charles, said I needed a Title Song. It doesn't happen that quickly, so I did the best thing possible, I prayed about it and then started looking through my hymnal again, asking the Lord to stop me where He wanted. Take the Name of Jesus was the stop. I looked at the words and was amazed and said, "Okay, Lord, tune please." After a few moments of playing a tune evolved, however, no words with Made New were included. The melody was beautiful but no chorus, so again I prayed. Still nothing was coming together. Then finally I relaxed and let Him lead. He came through! I was so excited to see how He had worked it all out. It was a creation of His making. Then to top it all off, my precious daughter, Jennifer flew in from across the country to sing with me. She created the unique harmonies and arrangement for the backup group.
