Hymns Made New was created from a desire to have the inspired words of "old" hymns stay alive. I felt inspired to wrap those beautiful, timeless words in new fresh harmonies that would soothe the soul and bring comfort and encouragement to the listeners heart. The music was created to fit the words and I think you will enjoy the flavors of each new hymn.

Moment by Moment

Moment by Moment continues the theme of Hymns Made New. New melodies to frame timeless words of faith. Grammy and Dove winner, Tim Greene, and my co-producer, George Sandler, created a couple of new hymns for the album. I Drove the Nails has become a favorite gospel song of many recording artists. The powerful words and music of We Know Not the Hour became my mother's favorite. She has gone to sleep in the Lord and the moment of her waking will be to see Jesus and go HOME, her dream fulfilled. The hymns on Moment by Moment are filled with hope, guidance, and praise. Our lives are made up of special moments, take time to embrace yours with the One and only One who gifts us the Moments of our lives.

Test of Time

Test of Time is Julie's third album produced by Dove award winner, Tim Greene. The hymns of this album have been proven to have stood the Test of Time. With music arranged by Nashville's multiple Grammy winner and consummate keyboard artist, Phil Naish, traditional melodies are packaged with gentle jazz, blues and gospel themes to please the tastes of all generations. Easy listening sacred music at its best. The music is bright with contemporary twists and turns but never overpowers the story. Julie believes that the music of a song must be a bridge.
